Signing of Sale Agreement on Rs. 500/- Stamp Paper studytexter and Transfer Form on Rs. 50/- Stamp Paper to be signed by Vendor & Vendee in the office of the Society. Both to be attested by Notary Public.

LEASED PLOT

Signing of Transfer Form on Rs. 50/- Stamp paper by Vender & Vendee in the office of the society at the time of mutation. Form to be attested by Notary Public.

QUALIFICATION

Purchaser must be educated at least Graduate.

DOCUMENTS TO BE PRODUCED FOR TRANSFER / MUTATION

  • Copy of NOC for Sale issued by society to seller (Fine is payable on Sale/Purchase of plot without NOC).
  • Allotment Order (Original).
  • Share Certificate (Original).
  • Possession Order (Original).
  • Site Plan (Original).
  • Transfer Form on stamp paper of Rs. 50/- duly attested.
  • Copy of Sale Agreement/Sale deed duly attested.
  • Copy of CNIC (Vendor & Vendee).
  • Copy of Income Tax Receipt U/S 236C and 236K (Purchaser).
  • Copy of payment proof of stamp duty on Allotment/Transfer if applicable.
  • Copy of Degree.
  • Photographs 4 (1 = 1′ x 1′ & 3 Passport Size).
  • News Paper page containing notice about purchase of plot.

TRANSFER FEE

  1. On purchase Rs. 300/- per SQY through Pay Order or Cheque.
  2. Other than sale according to nature of transfer.
